Cancellation Policy

Payment for all training services is due in full at the time of booking. No training date will be confirmed until payment has been received. In the event of a cancellation, the client must provide written notice no later than seventy-two (72) hours prior to the scheduled training date. Cancellations submitted within the required notice period may be rescheduled for a later date at no additional cost. To facilitate rescheduling, the client must provide the Stair Steps LLC representative with three (3) alternative dates for consideration. Cancellations made fewer than seventy-two (72) hours prior to the scheduled event, or failure to attend the scheduled training, will result in forfeiture of all fees paid, and the training will not be eligible for rescheduling. Force Majeure and Emergency Exception Neither party shall be held liable for failure or delay in performance of obligations under this agreement when such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, severe weather conditions, public health emergencies, governmental actions, labor strikes, power outages, or other unforeseen emergencies (“Force Majeure Event”). In the event a Force Majeure Event or documented organizational emergency prevents the client from proceeding with the scheduled training, Stair Steps LLC will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the training without penalty. The client must notify Stair Steps LLC as soon as practicable and provide three (3) alternative dates for rescheduling. No refunds will be issued under this provision unless otherwise agreed to in writing by Stair Steps LLC. By booking services, I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and agree to the terms outlined in this Payment, Cancellation, and Force Majeure Policy Agreement.
